Butt Field Pitch Allocations and Cancellations (11 and 7 a side)
1. Main Pitch (MaP)
a. The Adult Sunday team/s will be guaranteed all 10.30am kick off on Sundays throughout the season on the Main Adult Pitch. (MaP)
b. The Adult Sunday side must ensure their A and Reserve team are at home alternate weekends.
c. No BTYFC team will use the Main Pitch for any reason, with the exception of the Adult Saturday team/s.
d. Teams who use this pitch will be responsible for pitch marking, nets and cancelling (IE Weather, if not cancelled by others - see rule 5d)
2. Secondary Pitches
a. BTYFC will have priority 10.30am Kick offs on all secondary pitches (FS1, FS2 and FS3). (KO’s maybe staggered due to changing room rotation)
b. Clubs using these pitches will be responsible for pitch marking, nets and cancelling (IE Weather, if not cancelled by others)
3. Veteran Teams
a. Vets will use Main Pitch (MaP) when available or Secondary Pitches on a rotational basis.
4. Cancellations
a. Cancellations must be made as soon as possible – or full costs will be charged
b. Cancellations made with less the 24 hours notice of Kick off times will be charged in full
c. All cancellations will be made to the Pitch Controller
5. General (7 and 11 a side)
a. All cups games will receive a priority pitch allocation.
b. 14 days notice will be given to the Pitch controller for pitch requests.
c. All pitch bookings and requests must go through the Pitch Controller.
d. Member clubs are responsible for pitch conditions and fair usage, therefore must postpone games where unsuitable or dangerous pitch conditions exist.
